Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to Webaspenway workshops, private coaching, power reviews, and study circles. Payments are arranged offline; this site does not process checkout.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when you cancel within the timeframes below or when Webaspenway cancels a session. Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.

Timeframes

• Full refund: written cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled session start
• Partial refund (50% of fees paid): cancellation between 6 and 3 days before start
• No refund of session fees: cancellation within 72 hours of start, or failure to attend (no-show)

Deposits

Workshop deposits secure a seat. Deposits are refundable under the same full/partial schedule as session fees. If Webaspenway must cancel, deposits are refunded in full or applied to a new date at your choice.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least 5 days’ notice and an alternative date exists within 60 days. Further changes may be treated as cancellations.

Work already started

For private coaching billed hourly, time already delivered is payable. Unused prepaid hours remaining after an agreed cancellation are refundable minus any non-refundable materials.

Materials

Thermal pads, filters, or other consumables purchased at your request are non-refundable once opened or installed. Unopened items ordered specifically for your session may be refundable minus shipping if we can restock them.

Refund process & method

Email info@webaspenway.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned via the original bank-transfer path within 10 business days of approval.

Exceptions

If illness or extreme weather prevents studio access, we will offer a free reschedule; a refund remains available if no suitable date exists within 60 days.
